After Sales Support
Installation

For your convenience, we provide full installation instructions and specifications for your plumber and electrician upon request.

If you choose to have SA MACHINERY & STEEL SUPPLIES handle the delivery and commissioning of your equipment (at an additional cost), these charges will apply. Please note that any costs incurred due to restricted access, such as narrow doorways or other obstacles during delivery, will also be the customer's responsibility.

Additional Costs

Should there be any unforeseen delays caused by the client or additional mileage/labor required on the pre-arranged delivery and commissioning date, these extra costs will be billed directly to you by SA MACHINERY & STEEL SUPPLIES.

Warranties do not cover parts damaged due to negligence, misuse, or operator error.

Warranty

To ensure the longevity of your equipment, please consult your salesperson for recommended service and maintenance procedures. It is essential to follow these guidelines, as failure to do so may affect the validity of your warranty.

Our warranty applies only under the following conditions:

The equipment has not been serviced or repaired by anyone other than SA MACHINERY & STEEL SUPPLIES or its authorized agents.

The equipment is installed and commissioned by SA MACHINERY & STEEL SUPPLIES or its authorised agents.

Limitation of Liability

Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. While we do our best to meet agreed timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. SA MACHINERY & STEEL SUPPLIES will not be held liable for any financial loss from the client arising from delivery delays unless caused by a wilful breach.

Mileage and labor costs will always apply (rates available upon request).
